KB Kustoms 69 Dodge Charger done with FlameStripe masks. As with their previous release, FlameStripes #2 masks are designed specifically for easy Special Effects such as "Two Tone" where two colors are separated by a distinct line of COOL "Flames"!! They can also be used as actual "stripes" as one side of the masks is a STRAIGHT edge while the other is the flame pattern.

Killer Creation, using FlameStripes..the Green Chili from Jon at Scary Customs!
NEW and EXCLUSIVE Addition to the FlameStripe #2 sheet are matching "single" stripes with flames on both sides, configured in a "V" shape, which work GREAT for a single, narrow to wide, FlameSTRIPE down the center of hood or even over the roof! You can also combine the "side" masks with the "v" versions as shown with the VW Drag Bus (above left) to make an area on top AND on side that is v shaped, with flames at the outer edges!! Anything then can be painted inside this area, whether it be Real Flame like the Bus, or just a nice simple color fade...the choice is yours, but either will look great!!

There are 42 masks per sheet.
TWO different Traditional Flame designs with the exclusive center "V's" and new "straight" side sets, incorporating nicely rounded ends for smooth transitions.

These are especially designed for 1/64 scale applications, but may work on different scales as well, depending on the effect desired.

This particular design is available as
Inner AND Outer WITHOUT Film
Or
WITH Film in either inner or outer styles.

I recommend the "NO Film" masks primarily for more advanced skill levels, however, new users may also achieve great results with minimal difficulty of application.
These masks have very good reuse capabilities if proper care is used during application, removal, and storage.

Remember, the easy way to choose the masks you need are .... INNER Masks should be used if you want to paint the FLAME COLOR FIRST, apply the mask, then paint the Main body color and remove mask.
OUTER MASKS should be used if you want to paint the Main Body color FIRST, apply the mask, then spray the FLAME COLOR LAST.
