* DESCRIPTION Tribal Flames #6 *
There are 68 masks per sheet.
Some flames on this sheet are similar in design to the "Band" flame sheet in that they are designed to fit across hoods and roofs with ease!!
This sheet incorporates a NEW tribal design for the hood and roof, while the side designs are modified from one of my more popular tribal
flames from sheet #5.
The modified side flames include three sizes and have been made with an area to fit over the castings wheel wells and/or fenders.
Will fit a variety of castings including 67 Camaro and 69 Nova, plus, the largest side designs will fit the Dairy Delivery and VW Bus.
If using the OUTER mask version, the large open area of these masks will fit around the wheel openings and in the case of the largest side sets, will fit over the Dairy Delivery fenders almost exactly and allow the fenders to be painted in the same colors as the flames themselves!!
Again, to use the masks over "protruding" fenders, OUTER Masks should be utilized.
The inner masks will work fine for castings with little or no protruding flares or fenders however.
I also recommend when using the outer masks over protruding fenders, that you cut out the FILM (only) in the open areas and remove
PRIOR to removing the mask from its backing sheet. This will allow unobstructed placement over the fenders and still keep the flame licks in place after seperation from backing.
These masks are available as Inner & Outer (no film), INNER ONLY (with film), and OUTER ONLY (with film) to fit YOUR particular needs and painting style!!
