Recent Maintenance Complete!!
- Ok So Ive just gotten done (I hope!!) with a MAJOR core software update. It was fairly extensive and required chasing down changes in dozens of files!! I believe Ive got it corrected now so that everything shows and functions correctly, but please Contact Me if you see any glitches or problems.
- Also, for months now there has been an intermitent error with orders. Ocassionally, an order would be placed, completed with payment, however, there would be NO Record of the transaction in our store. No confirmation emaill would go out either to customers or myself. Thus there were orders which were simply not known to exist, causing delays (as you might expect) until customer contacts came in looking for updates on their order.And considering there was no record of the contents of said orders on the store database, there would be embarrasing moments with customers having to recall the contents. Thankfully there have only been a few instances of this, but its been plaguing us for months. I am in hopes that this recent update has taken care of that glitchm but if you have placed an order but gotten NO confirmation email from FlameMasks.com Shop? PLEASE Contact Us ASAP so that we can work out the problem and get your order out in a timely mannor!!
Fingers are crossed that the issue is finally corrected, but honestly, there may be no way for me to know for certain.
